Love it…I first tried the Caphalon red pot holder…I just don’t like these all silicone pieces…and this give you the best of both worlds…quality fabric that does not fade or shrink plus the durability and heat resistant caphalon… so I ordered another po holder and a mitt…true red and lovely in my red themed apple kitchen.

I have this mitt in black, its the best quality that i have seen around i had a silicone mitt before that started to crack and pretty much met. but not this one, this its made out of twill i belive with silicone lines along the hand part to insure a great grip. the inside its really comfortable as well and warm my wife was joking around but she said shes getting 2 for winter haha!

Cool product. Sort of feel like they are melting, but they are not. Have really good grip when removing hot pans. I like ‘em.

These are the BEST mitts I’ve ever owned. They fit me perfectly, grip items well and they’re not as bulky to store as the traditional style.

I can see, however, that they might be too large for those with rather small hands.

This oven mitt is really nice. It has grippers to help you keep your grip and it is very well insulated. I have two and use them all the time. I’ve taken things out of a 450 degree oven and held for a while before it even starts to get warm.

I am really glad I bought these mitts. I had other mitts that really didn’t protect my hands from the heat. It scared me. Then I bought these mitts. I highly recommend them. They keep me confident that when I pull my Lodge Pot out of the oven I will not get burnt.

    They also wash up easy.

I purchased two Calphalon Oven Mitts in black because I don’t believe they will show grease as much as the other colors. I love the fact that they’re long enough to come up to mid-to-high forearm for lots of extra protection. My husband and I both cook and he really appreciates them. I suppose my hands are larger than some women but the gloves are only slightly large on me and perfect for hubby. I think that for women with small hands they would not be happy. I love the insulated twill with the silicone grips and highly recommend them.

Best glove I’ve ever had–nice and long to cover that part of your arm that often just grazes the oven door.

I have owned a pair of these for five years and I cook a lot. They have held up perfectly. I’m here to buy a second set to match the new color of my kitchen, and will ONLY buy these. As for the mitt being too big, I have average size hands for a woman, and never really noticed if they are too big or not. You really don’t need much dexterity reaching into an oven, so I don’t see why it matters. They cover enough of my arm to make it comfortable for reaching into the oven. I have had several other mitts that have burned my hand through the mitt and decided to find a high quality mitt. These have never burned my hand. I stopped looking after these and five years later I am still very happy with my purchase!!!
